Meet Brenna Fritz, MS, NCC

Mental Health Counselor/ Therapist
She/Her
Brenna holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Brenna is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association. She has experience working with diverse populations spanning socio-economic status, cultural background, gender and sexual identity.
Brenna started her counseling work in the US with non-profit organizations, including working with incarcerated women in the Allegheny County Jail and at Maya Organization working with BIPOC mothers and mothers-to-be.
Since moving to Munich in 2020, Brenna has maintained a commitment to mental health accessibility and inclusivity as a core component of her private practice. Brenna continues to prioritize working with diverse populations and marginalized groups as she serves multicultural, international communities, immigrants and expats. Her specialized experience and care for LGBTQIA+ folks, and providing gender affirming care, has become a significant and consistent pillar for her practice. Brenna enjoys working with adults, teenagers, couples and alternative relationship structures.

Brenna’s therapeutic approach can be described as person-centered, trauma-informed, emotive-based, multicultural and politically-socially conscious. Brenna caters each therapeutic relationship to the client’s specific needs, comfort and specific style of healing and growth.
